Thanks to the Rastafarian community, popularized by Bob Marley, and reggae music, marijuana use has become synonymous with the country. Rastafarians use marijuana as a spiritual drug, and smoking marijuana is a part of their religious ceremonies in Jamaica's Culture.
Despite marijuana's ubiquity in the country's perception, marijuana is not fully legal in Jamaica, and until recently, it was not decriminalized. In 2015, Jamaica was the first country to specify that marijuana use is related to religious uses.

Come and experience the Jamaica Weed Farm Tour and learn about the different strains of locally grown Kush; the smell will make you want to eat the plants. It's naturally grown outside with just water and sunlight, with no preservatives or chemicals added.
You will get a sample of a few of the different weed strains to smoke. Make sure to smoke all your herbs or gift them to a fellow tourist before you leave the country.

Pick-up for this adventure is available from most major hotels in the Montego Bay region, as well as from some Villas and Airbnbs. You will receive your pick-up time via email or telephone after you’ve completed your booking.

Please note if you are not staying in Montego Bay you will be required to pay an additional fee for transportation. We do not do complimentary pick-up outside of Montego Bay. Booking and Reservation Policy Via Zelle
All bookings must be paid at least 2 days in advance to confirm your tour, and reservations via Zelle will not be held without payment; unpaid reservations will be automatically canceled.
Confirmation about Booking and Pick-up Time
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your confirmed pick-up time 24 hours before your actual tour; please note that the time on the website is an estimate of when the tour starts, and if you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
Tour Time and Pick-up Time
- Please note that the tour time and pickup time for our tours are not the same. We have specific pickup times for each tour, and these may vary depending on the tour you have booked and where you’re staying.
- To ensure that you have the most up-to-date information, we will send you a second confirmation email the day before your tour to confirm the exact pickup time.I.
Important Notice
- You have a 5-minute grace period after your pick-up time to board the bus. Once this time has expired we will have no choice but to depart without you on board. If there is a possibility of bad weather or severe traffic conditions that may impede our punctuality, we will make sure to inform you in advance.
- Likewise, if we need to reschedule a tour or alter our plans due to unfavorable weather conditions, we will promptly notify you and provide alternative options.
- Any cancellations made at least 96 hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee.
- Any cancellation made less than 96 hours but more than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time will attract a 50% penalty.
- Any cancellation made within 48 hours or on the same day of the scheduled tour will attract a 100% penalty.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Unique Tours Jamaica within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
